How do you clean cabbage patch dolls?

These are soiled from use and I want to clean them and give them to my new granddaughter
How do you clean cabbage patch dolls?
when you first purchase a cabbage patch doll and open the box they come in there are instructions for how to clean them, just for future reference. Anyway you put them in a pillowcase and tie the open end and you put them in the washer then you can put them in the dryer when they are done but leave them in the pillow case until they are done drying.

Reply:alcohol is good, just be careful on how hard you rub, because any way you clean them, you might rub off natural color...
Reply:give a good kick to your *** and you will see the magic...just kidding.. why not try to rinse them with soap and leave for some time the wash them i just trying to help
