Is the 'Cabbage soup diet' really good for you?

I am curious what you all think, this is my diet plan for the next month,

1 Drink skim milk and wheat toast with natural peanut butter for breakfast. Take your multivitamin supplement, and weight loss pill.

2 Do your stretching exercises and cycle for 30 mins.

3 three times a week do your strength training which includes

Lunges, Planks, and Push ups.

4 Eat Cabbage soup diet plan for lunch and dinner.

At lunch time take your calcium and weight loss pill.

5 Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

6 Drink herbal tea with lemon to relax before bed. And take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Does that sound like a good meal plan?

After two weeks i am introducing lean fish into the soup at dinner time.
Is the 'Cabbage soup diet' really good for you?
I have done the cabbage soup diet and it was successful for me, however after I stopped the cabbage soup, I gained weight back almost immediately, even though I was still eating healthily and exercising. You really shouldn't eat the cabbage soup for longer than a week at a time. It's a catabolic food, so you're burning more calories than you're taking in. Doing it any longer than a week could be more harmful than helpful. Also, be prepared to feel hungrier more often. You should plan to add a couple of small snacks throughout the day, or plan to eat more soup. Other than that, it sounds pretty good. Good luck!
Reply:so in a day all you have is toast with peanut butter and 2 bowls of cabbage soup? sounds like a starvation diet. its not even possible to get an effective work out with so little fuel in your system. trying to work out on a relatively empty stomach is just a waste of time and energy
Reply:A fad diet will backfire on you sooner or later. Leaving you heavier and even more frustrated than ever..this is ludacris and borders on an eating disorder..
