Cabbage helps us in loosing weight. It has said to have negative calories...i.e., the amount of calories spent by our body to digest cabbage is more than the amount of calories gained by digesting it. So you end up loosing calories which is beneficial for you.

if you don't like the smell, eat it raw . . . a nice shredded cabbage slaw made with fresh lime juice, cilantro and chopped fresh jalepenos is amazing.
