Do red cabbages and red onions have different levels of antioxidants , vitamins or minerals compared to the usual cabbage and onions.......?

Unfortunately I don't have handy links to free data about the differences between 'regular' and red onions but the red onions also show similar increases in vitamins, minerals and proteins when compared to white onions.

the outer layers are the only bit of colour they have. i doubt that the inner white stuff has any more value than fiber.



onions are great though.
