I am trying to loose about 40 pounds and would like to know what type of diet is the fastest without being too unhealthy.

I lost twenty pounds in two weeks on it, however, it is not something you can stick to. If you' re looking to jump start your diet, then try it. But then you also need to change your diet FOREVER, and the cabbage soup is not gonna work in the long run. You also need to really like the taste of the soup. I added plenty of hot sauce to mine to flavor it. Good luck.
Reply:look up negative calorie diet.. I lost 17lbs in 30 days..Basicaly you eat only fruit and veg with tea or water. Very hard diet
Reply:I think any fad diet will do more harm than good - you can just eat what you eat now but just eat less and exercise - there's no magic pill or quick fix - instead of eating 2 tacos, eat one - instead of regular soda, drink diet or water - little changes over the long run make big differences
Reply:Could you link to what diet this is and what you all eat? Personally I've lost alot of weight and put on muscle in the past year and I wasnt on any real 'diet' just try and eat healthier, drink lots and lots of water, and work out for at least 30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week and you'll be fine

Reply:as well as anorexia, all the nutrition is boiled down. personally i passed out from this diet. and my hair started to fall out. If you take some mega vitamins maybe. The best diet that's most effective is fruit and veggies. no dairy no meat not carbs. calcium is found in dark green leafy veggies. protein in nuts and beans,carbs in everything.
