Corned Beef N Cabbage Tomorrow?

What can I make with left overs?

How about rubben sandwiches?

Most certainly! I actually have to buy a new crock pot just for that! Reuben sandwiches are good if you have some good cheese too. I prefer them w/ canned sauerkraut instead of just the cooked cabbage better though. You can also boil some potatoes to go w/ it. so tomorrow you could cut up the rest of beef and mix it w/ the rest of leftover potatoes too and then you will have corned beef hash.
Reply:Well everyone. No Corned Beef N Cabbage for me tomorrow but on Saturday. I work and don't get home until 8pm. Way too late to cook up this stuff, so I will have it on Saturday...

Reply:Reuben sandwiches are a great leftover idea. Also, how about cabbage soup. You can use the leftover meat in the soup for balk and the spices just add flavor to your soup.

Reply:ruben sandwiches are great,the left over cabbage, carrots, celery and potatoes are a great base for a soup or a stew
Reply:Russian Borsht soup. Roast a couple of red beets, cut them in little chunks, cook small chunks of potato in beef broth, when almost tender add cut up corned beef, beets, cut up cooked cabbage, a little balsamic vinegar, a dash of sugar and simmer together until everything is tender, add finely chopped garlic and dill and serve with dollop of sour cream.
