What could be eating my cabbage?

I sprayed with a "safe for edible plants" spray, but I still have another one today with "bug holes"
What could be eating my cabbage?
Small holes are frequently caused by "flea beetles", hard to see tiny black beetles. Send me an email with a better description of hole size, or anything like ragged tearing. Slugs prefer to eat the dead material so they would not cause a hole but live on dead matter. Some nutrient deficiencies might mimic a bug hole and they can be hard to decipher. Low potassium makes smallish brown spots that "drop out". Give me a hollar.
Reply:I just sprayed my artichokes with some neem oil spray, supposed to be safe. However, my plants are not happy as the spray included some heavy duty chemicals.

Anyway, i would give it a few days and water your plants vigorously to help them get over shock. You may need to do a second batch of spray in about 7 days. I also reccomend that you try to spray off your plant with plain old water between now and your next chemical spray.

If the pests come back to my plant, I will pray them with a muxture of hot pepper and garlic steeped (like a tea).
Reply:Sprinkle cayenne pepper on them. It won't hurt the plants.
Reply:check under the leave and look closely they can be tiny worms that blend into the leave
Reply:slugs love cabbage
