How do you make cole slaw using just miracle whip and cabbage of course.?
for my coleslaw, i use cabbage and shredded carrots

for the sauce,

Mayo or miracle whip {the little container}

vinegar {i prefer red wine vinegar}

a little bit of sugar

aabout 1.5 tsp of garlic pwder

salt and pepper

blend it all together,

mix in the cabbage... dont use to much sauce tho, it will make it all messy...
Reply:PUT SOME CABBAGE IN A BLENDER BY ITSELF AND GIVE IT A FEW TWIRLS THEN YOU CAN ADD A BIT OF SALAD DRESSING THEN IF YOU WANT A LARGER BATCH YOU CAN KEEP DOING THE ABOVE . OR ELSE IF YOU PREFER GET ALL YOUR CABBAGE DONE THEN WITH EVERYTHING IN A LARGE BOWL OR KETTLE ADD THE SALAD DRESSING AND MIX IT BY HAND. JUST ADD THE SALAD DRESSING IN SMALL AMOUNT THAT DOESNT MAKE THE MIXTURE TASTE JUST LIKE DRESSING WITHOUT TASTING THE CABBAGE.
Reply:You answered you own question. I guess you mix miracle whip with coleslaw
Reply:Yeah, I agree with the first three posters. Shred the cabbage, and then add enough miracle whip to make it all stick.
Reply:it aint coleslaw if its just got cabbage in it lol, finely chop cabbage, onion, celery %26amp; grate a carrot all into a bowl, add miracle whip to just moisten the veg, stir around %26amp; serve.
Reply:6 cups shredded cabbage

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup buttermilk

DRESSING:

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

3 tablespoons onions, chopped

Add sugar, salt, pepper, and buttermilk to dressing. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Will keep for at least 1 week.
Reply:shred the cabbage and then mix in the miracle whip to taste.
Reply:Shred the cabbage, roll in Miracle Whip (the cabbage, that is).

If you've a bit more time, I'd advise using roughly equal proportions of mayo and apple cider vinegar (lean more towards mayo to keep it from being too tart), with cracked black pepper and shredded carrots and purple cabbage (not too much) to make it look and taste more tantalizing.
Reply:Add some cider vinegar to make it little less thick and about 2 TBL sugar. About 2 TBL cider vinegar too. More or less to taste.
Reply:If that's all you use it would be horrible.
Reply:Def need a little sugar, very little vinegar and a little yellow mustard. i always mix up the sauce to taste then add to cabbage. Dont forget some carrots.
