Shred Cabbage very fine?

I find it hard to shred cabbage very very fine. Any suggestions? I use the hand shredder. And the food processor I don't have much luck, but am open to suggestions. Thank You

Have you tried the slicing disk on your food processor? That's what I use and it shreds cabbage nice and fine. The regular blade doesn't work for it...only the slicing disk.
Reply:I hand shred it then use a knife to get it to however fine I want..........
