How much water is there in 100g of Vegetable soup; cottage cheese; cheddar cheese, raw cabbage & cooked peas?

vegetable soup and cabbage could contain about 50% water but not sure about the cheeses, have you looked on the nutritional label they usually tell you calories/ fat ect ,so maybe,the water content too
